Making Purses

These purses or mini-bags are perfect for giving small gifts, decorating the Christmas tree or simply using for coins or bits and pieces!

These three simple purse patterns are from ‘Fun Knits for Beginners’. They use only about 12m of double knitting yarn each- allow 15m for button purse. And you’ll need a pair of 4mm needles (U.S size 6 and old UK size 8). Use lengths of ribbon, leather or plaited yarn for handles/straps. Making Purses
